This is “Eyewitness Blues: 60 Minute Edition,” by the Catfish Hodge Band, a previously-owned, audio-cassette-tape manufactured independently by Genes in 1995. It is in great shape and plays perfectly (double-checked). Catfish Hodge is a blues musician originating from Detroit and the brother of Dallas Hodge. In the late 1960s, he formed the Catfish Band. By 1973, Catfish had settled into Washington, DC, becoming a regular opener for Bonnie Raitt and Little Feat, who also started showing up on his recordings. When he formed the Chicken Legs Band in 1981, he was joined by Little Feat’s Paul Barrere, Richie Hayward, Kenny Gradney and Sam Clayton. Along with Paul Barrere he formed the Bluesbusters in 1984.
